Q: Can I pay for my purchases on my cable bill?
A: Not at this time. Purchases can be made by credit card.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Items are processed out between 3-5 days and the shipping time depends on the shipping method you select.
Q: The clothing that I purchased is too small. How do I return it?
A: The return policies are posted under the Customer Service tab. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, must be in resellable condition and must be returned or post marked within 5 days after receipt of the item. Restocking fees are also covered under this tab.
Q: Do you ship to International addresses?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, via USPS.
Q: How do I order large quantities of items?
A: Please send an email to OMInquiries@themarketplaceshops.com with the items, quantity, required date and contact information.
Q: Will concert and sports event tickets be available on Oceanic Mall?

A: Oceanic contracts a third party to bring on all new merchants. For more information, you can email vendors@TheMarketplaceshops.com.

A: Oceanic will be offering a selection of OC16 sports apparel at www.oc16.tv.
Q: I heard that Oceanic Mall will be available on TV. If so, when will it be available?
A: Oceanic recently secured new software technology that will allow us to assimilate the web application on TV, where users can use their remote controls to navigate merchandise pages and make purchases! It is currently under development and future announcements on the TV launch will be made. This will be a great convenience for those who do not have access to computers.
Q: Are there other Oceanic interactive sites where I can promote my company, services, and products?
A: Yes. Oceanic’s Video Yellow pages are standard yellow pages print ads come to life via 60 second video ads. Promote your company more personally and in greater detail. Click here to request more information.
